1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Pilum Miner (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.
2. Nature of Service (Simulated Mining)
Pilum Miner is a gamified, simulated mining application. It does not use your device's CPU/GPU to mine cryptocurrency, nor does it consume excessive battery or background data for mining purposes. The "Mining" described in the app is a virtual process used to distribute loyalty points.
3. Points and Rewards
- No Monetary Value: "Pilum Points" earned within the App are virtual utility tokens for the Pilum ecosystem. They currently hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency unless explicitly stated in a future update by Pilum Finance.
- Earning Rate: The base mining rate is subject to change based on ecosystem participation.
4. User Conduct
- One Account Per Person: Users are prohibited from creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system or leaderboard.
- Prohibited Activities: Use of bots, emulators, scripts, or any automated tools to simulate mining or claim rewards is strictly forbidden. Violation will result in immediate account suspension.
5. Advertising
The App uses AppLovin MAX to serve advertisements. By using the App, you agree to receive such advertising content. Rewards for watching ads are determined by the system and may vary.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided on an "AS IS" basis. Pilum Finance makes no warranties regarding the future value of points earned within the application. This is not an investment vehicle.
7. Intellectual Property & Global Rights
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Pilum Finance.
- Brand Protection: The names "Pilum Miner," "Pilum Finance," and the Pilum logo are trademarks of Pilum Finance. You may not use our branding, name, or logo in connection with any product or service that is not ours.
- No Clones: You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, decompiling, or reverse engineering our App's source code or design.
- Global Enforcement: Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is a violation of international copyright laws. We reserve the right to take legal action globally against infringers.
8. Scam & Impersonation Liability
Pilum Finance shall not be held liable for any loss resulting from third-party services impersonating our brand.
- User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your actions. If you engage with a fake service, you do so at your own risk.
- Verification: Always verify the authenticity of any communication. Official download links are only provided through our official website.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. No Affiliation / Independent Entity
Pilum Finance and Pilum Miner are independent entities. We are NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any other company, agency, or individual operating under the name "Pilum" (including but not limited to Pilum Security, Pilum Store, or any defunct cryptocurrency projects). Any resemblance to other active or inactive projects is purely coincidental.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pilum Finance is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
