Pilum Finance ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Pilum Miner mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

- Personal Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture to create your user account.
- Usage Data: We collect information on how the App is accessed and used, including your mining session history, points earned, and task completion status.
- Device Information: We may collect specific device information (e.g., unique device identifiers, advertising IDs) required for the delivery of advertisements and notifications.
3. Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the "Simulated Mining" service.
- To manage your account, points balance, and leaderboard ranking.
- To notify you about mining session completion or daily rewards via local notifications.
- To serve rewarded advertisements via third-party providers.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services which may collect information used to identify you:
- Supabase: For backend database, authentication, and user data storage.
- AppLovin MAX: For displaying rewarded video advertisements. AppLovin may collect device identifiers to provide relevant ads.
- Google Sign-In: For secure authentication.
6. Links to Other Sites
Our Service contains links to other sites (primarily through advertisements). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
7. Security
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, such as maintaining your account balance and history.
9. Data Deletion Rights
In compliance with Google Play Data Safety policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Since this app uses Google Sign-In and Supabase:
- In-App Deletion: You can request account deletion directly within the app settings (if available).
- Web Request: You may also request data deletion by emailing us at support@pilumfi.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 30 days.
- Data Retention: Upon deletion, all your personal identifiers (email, name) will be permanently removed from our Supabase database. Some anonymized transaction data may be retained for analytical purposes only.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
